Multi-Provincial/Territorial Assistance Program (MPTAP) Agreement |
| The Multi-Provincial/Territorial Assistance Program (MPTAP) is a one-time program which assisted persons (or their survivors) who were infected with HIV through blood supplies. |
| Individuals must qualify for the federal payments under the Extraordinary Assistance Plan in order to be eligible for MPTAP. Federal payments under this Plan are exempt as income or assets. |
| Payments under MPTAP started after the last payment from the Extraordinary Assistance Plan. These MPTAP payments are exempt as income or assets. |
